Illinois Eye Associates was founded in 2004 by Drs. Jeff and Christa Pietrzyk. We are a full service eye care facility offering both vision and medical eye care for patients of all ages. Over the years, our practice has grown significantly thanks to the support of our patients and our staff. In 2016, we expanded to have a second location in Peotone. We are dedicated to providing high quality services and optical materials in a comfortable environment, and have enjoyed serving the communities of Manhattan and Peotone over the past 18 years.
We offer the following services: complete eye exams, glasses, contact lenses, medical management of eye diseases (i.e. glaucoma, cataract, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration), emergency eye care, and surgical co-management. Additionally, we coordinate vision insurance with medical insurances to provide the best benefit possible to the patient. We are in network with most major vision and medical insurance companies.
We love doing business in Manhattan! Our community is a wonderful place to live and work. We are most thankful for our patient base, including those who have been with us since opening and the new patients we have the pleasure of meeting each day!
